The Highland Council Learning and Teaching CPD Reflection Framework has been devised in collaboration with practitioners, senior managers and researchers.

It has been designed to provide teachers in Highland schools with a framework and resources to help them establish and sustain a process of reflection and self-evaluation through which they can review their professional values, beliefs and practice in order to give their pupils learning experiences which will help them to take greater responsibility for their own learning.
